Both were great parks but as a small child most of my memories were of Central Park except for the square dances at Riverside Drive. Unfortunately by the time my teenage years arrived we didn't go to either park now it is the place to be. It was very dangerous in the late 50's and early 60's so the neighborhood kind of broke up and people scattered all over.
